HCSSC affiliates organizations for the proper delivery of services pertaining to the skilling process.
HCSSC partners with premier organizations to ensure high-quality training and evaluation. We offer formal onboarding for Training Partners, Assessment Agencies, Centers of Excellence, and Industry Members. To achieve affiliation, organizations must strictly comply with MSDE/NCVET guidelines alongside sector-specific standards defined by HCSSC.
To ensure high-quality delivery of skill development programs, organizations must fulfill standard regulatory prerequisites and clear institutional validation. Eligible institutions then complete the sector-specific application process directly through HCSSC to finalize their affiliation as approved Training Partners.
Organizations seeking alignment as independent evaluation bodies that are recognized Assessment agencies of NCVET can directly respond to the Request for Proposals (RFPs) floated by HCSSC periodically. Upon clearing HCSSC's rigorous due diligence and evaluation criteria, validated agencies are formally empaneled to conduct standardized candidate assessments.
In alignment with Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) guidelines and HCSSC’s premium benchmarking, specialized institutions are onboarded as Centers of Excellence. These hubs drive advanced skilling, research, design innovation, and high-end technology adoption for future-ready crafts.
HCSSC actively onboards enterprises across the entire value chain—spanning Micro, Small, Medium, and Large Enterprises (MSMEs and large corporations) involved in the handicrafts and carpet business. These industry members collaborate on apprenticeship, Industry linkage of artisans and weavers, design mentorship, and market integration to sustain a robust sector ecosystem.
